Our family vacation at this resort was fantastic! The kids had a blast with the beach, kids pool, and arcade, while the adults appreciated the impeccable service from staff like Jabbar and Travis. However, the rooms could use some updates to meet Ritz standards, particularly the bed quality, which was disappointing. Overall, we loved the experience and plan to return annually.
